Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website or booking any experience.
By submitting a booking request or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Rent A Boyfriend Las Vegas provides professional, platonic companionship and social experiences for women and couples. Jax is not a dating or modeling services, and no romantic or sexual relationship is implied or promised. Each booking is for companionship, conversation, planning, and shared experiences as described on the site.
2. Bookings & confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and approval. A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.
3. Payments
The remaining balance is due before the experience begins. Rates are based on consecutive time and do not include meals, tickets, parking, transportation, or other expenses, unless stated otherwise in writing. Additional time is billed in the next available increment and must be approved before the original booking ends.
4. Cancellation & Scheduling
Deposits are nonrefundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new date within 30 days, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit and any payments made. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be charged the full amount.
5. Travel & Expenses
Services are available throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Additional travel fees may apply for distant locations, multiple stops, airport pickups, or locations outside our standard service area. Clients are responsible for reasonable expenses for both parties during the booking.
6. Boundaries & Conduct
This is a platonic companionship service. Sexual activity, nudity, explicit services, massages, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Appropriate affection, such as hugs, hand-holding, dancing, and close posing, is allowed only with mutual consent. Either person may decline or stop any physical affection at any time.
7. Client Conduct
Clients agree to be respectful, honest, and kind. Any harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, unwanted physical contact, threats, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and may result in being banned from future services.
8. Intoxication
If either party becomes too intoxicated to communicate clearly, act respectfully, or remain safe, the experience may be paused or ended. We do not provide babysitting, medical care, or transportation for intoxicated clients.
9. Photos & Privacy
Photos and videos may not be posted, shared, or used for promotional purposes without written consent from everyone identifiable in the content. All booking details are confidential and will not be shared except as required for safety, payment, or legal reasons.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to end or refuse a booking at any time if the client misrepresents information, violates these Terms, behaves inappropriately, or if the experience no longer aligns with what was agreed upon. No refund will be given in cases of client misconduct.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for third-party actions, venue policies, traffic, events beyond our control, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date below.
